Action Bass Guide Service is a bass fishing guide business run by Capt. Jackson Williams in Kissimmee, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through actionbassguides.com and when you book a trip, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you send a trip request through the form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), the trip you're interested in, your preferred date, and anything you write in the message box. The form is delivered to our email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service.

If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

If you book online, your booking is handled by Acuity Scheduling and any deposit is paid through PayPal. We receive your name, contact details, trip details and confirmation that the deposit was paid. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site records basic information about each visit to understand how people find us and which pages help them plan a trip. This includes pages viewed, the site or search that sent you here, general location (city or region), device and browser type, and actions such as tapping the phone number or the Book a Trip button.

We use these tools to do this:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs for security and reliability, and provides visit statistics that don't use cookies.
• Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure visits and the actions above.
• Google Ads, which tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to contact us or book, so we can see which ads are worth paying for.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are measured without analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions, confirm your trip, and tell you where and when to meet
• To follow up after your trip, for example to send a link for leaving a review
• To keep records of bookings, deposits and refunds
• To understand which pages and ads bring in customers, and to improve the site

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business, as described above: Web3Forms, Acuity Scheduling, PayPal, Cloudflare and Google. Each handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

If you book through FishingBooker or Guidesly, that booking is covered by their privacy policies as well as this one.

Photos from your trip

Capt. Jackson often takes photos of catches. We will ask before posting a photo of you or your group on this site, on social media or in an ad.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and manage the ads Google shows you in My Ad Center.
• You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling, texting or emailing us. We may need to keep some booking and payment records for tax and accounting purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep trip requests and booking records for as long as we need them to run trips, handle refunds and keep business and tax records. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the tools above.

Children

Kids are welcome on our trips, but this website is meant for adults planning a trip. We don't knowingly collect information online from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
